The Cinco Ranch High School Cheer Team is a spirited and dynamic group of student-athletes dedicated to promoting school pride, supporting athletic programs, and representing CRHS with excellence.
The program consists of three teams: Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman, Two Managers, and Two Mascots!
With a strong focus on teamwork, leadership, and athleticism, the Cinco Cheer Team exemplifies the Cougar spirit both on and off the field. Their commitment to excellence continues to uphold a proud tradition of spirit, service, and success.
Our Coaches
At Cinco Ranch High School, our cheer program is led by an exceptional team: Coach Latham, Coach Gage, and Coach Salmon. Together, they bring passion, experience, and a deep commitment to excellence—both on and off the mat.
Coach Latham sets the tone with high standards and heart, Coach Gage brings energy and innovation to every routine, and Coach Salmon ensures our athletes are always striving to be their best. Whether cheering from the sidelines or competing on the big stage, these coaches empower our athletes to lead with confidence, perform with pride, and support one another like family.

Our Varsity Cheer Team
The Varsity Cheer Team leads the charge when it comes to school spirit, pride, and excellence. Representing the highest level of performance and leadership, these athletes are the face of Cinco Ranch at games, pep rallies, and competitions. With a focus on advanced stunting, sharp technique, and crowd-leading energy, Varsity Cheer sets the standard for spirit and sportsmanship. This team embodies dedication, discipline, and Cougar pride—on the sidelines and on the mat.
Our Junior Varsity Cheer Team
The Junior Varsity Cheer Team is a dynamic group of athletes dedicated to developing their skills, building strong team bonds, and growing into future Varsity leaders. With a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and Cougar spirit, the JV squad is a vital part of the Cinco Ranch cheer family and a glimpse into the bright future of the program.
Our Freshman Cheer Team
The Freshman Cheer Team is where Cougar spirit starts strong! These enthusiastic and hardworking athletes bring energy and pride to every performance while learning the fundamentals of cheerleading at the high school level. From chants and jumps to teamwork and time management, the Freshman team lays the groundwork for a successful cheer journey at Cinco Ranch. Their dedication and heart make them an exciting and essential part of our cheer program.
Our Mascots
Bringing the Cougar spirit to life, Coco and Cody are the heart and soul of Cinco Ranch High School! These beloved mascots are always ready to hype up the crowd, rally school pride, and support our athletes at games, pep rallies, and community events. With boundless energy and larger-than-life personalities, Coco and Cody embody everything it means to be a Cougar—bold, proud, and full of heart. Whether they're leading cheers or making fans smile, our mascots are an unforgettable part of the Cinco Ranch experience!
Our Managers
Behind every successful cheer team are the people who keep things running smoothly—and at Cinco Ranch, that’s Olivia and MiKenna. As our dedicated Cheer Managers, they play an essential role in the day-to-day success of the program. From organizing gear and helping with routines to managing schedules and supporting the coaches and athletes, Olivia and MiKenna handle it all with responsibility, heart, and Cougar pride. Their hard work often happens behind the scenes, but their impact is front and center in everything the team accomplishes. We’re incredibly grateful for their leadership and commitment to Cinco Cheer!
